Housing Options

Once you have told us about your household and circumstances you'll get a Housing Options Plan.

This shows you what priority you have for housing with us.

If you have no or low priority, you will be given advice on other housing options available to you.  

This may include mid-market homes offered by Wheatley Homes South partner Lowther Homes, registering with other social landlords in your area and renting in the private rented sector.  

Another option is a home swap – a mutual exchange – with another social housing tenant. 

Tenants of Homes4D&G partner landlords looking for a home swap can use House Exchange. 

For a cost, you can swap with other social housing or local authority tenants anywhere in the UK on HomeSwapper
