Offers and viewings

If you note an interest in a home and are offered the property, you will be asked along for a viewing.

A housing officer will meet you at the home. You will need to provide identification such as a birth certificate, driving license and passport for yourself and anyone who is on your application.

We will show you around the home and will answer any questions. If you can’t attend in person, we may be able to arrange for a virtual tour of the home.

Some homes are not ready to move into immediately. We'll let you know if this is the case – and when the home will be ready.

Once you have viewed the home, we'll ask if you want to take the tenancy.

Remember, rent is paid as soon as you receive the keys to your new home. You will also need to pay rent one month in advance. Please be prepared for this.
